Axed US comedy A.P. Bio was last week thrown a lifeline by an upcoming NBCU streaming service.
The series starring Glenn Howerton as a Harvard philosophy professor employed as a high-school Advanced Placement Biology teacher was axed by NBC after two seasons.
“I’m so overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from the fans,” showrunner Mike O’Brien. “The cast and I are thrilled that we get to make more and I’m excited to work with the NBCU streaming platform.”
Little is known about NBCU’s streaming service, which is set to launch in 2020.
Updated: The series will remain with Stan when it resumes.

This was my new favourite show of 2019. I am so glad there is a third season now.
Bloody good show!
