Returning: Cold Feet

Season 9 of British dramedy Cold Feet returned to streaming platform Acorn TV yesterday.

James Nesbitt, Hermione Norris, Robert Bathurst, Fay Ripley and John Thomson all return.

This has just premiered in the UK.

Despite still proving controversial with some of their friends – especially David – Adam and Karen’s relationship continues to blossom. However, after he finds himself in hot water at work, Adam has a bold idea that takes Karen by surprise – and when she agrees, it does not go down well with Matt.

As months of cancer treatment comes to an end, Jenny is finally ready to return to her old life. However, Chloe’s behaviour leaves her devastated, and it’s up to Pete to step in and smooth the waters.

David is still working at the Cafe alongside Mary, and after prompting from Jenny, starts to see her in a new light. But will his feelings be reciprocated?

Meanwhile, Jenny makes it her mission to get Adam and David talking again – however, when the friends unite for a pub quiz, their feuding spirals out of control. Will the gang ever be the same again?
