New seasons of UK comedies Brassic, In the Long Run and Ireland’s The Young Offenders will premiere on iview on October 2nd.
Brassic (Season 2)
Brassic is back for a second season with all the main cast returning as the gang of hapless mates who thieve, bribe and joyride their way through life. The comedy drama has earned rave reviews, building up a loyal fan base thanks to its trademark mix of the hilarious, ridiculous, and deeply poignant, with critics calling it the “new Shameless”.
In The Long Run (Season 3)
Created by and starring Idris Elba, In The Long Run is loosely based on Elba’s own childhood growing up in 1980s London. Season 3 sees the welcome arrival of Walter’s mum from Sierra Leone with Walter desperate to impress.
The Young Offenders (Season 3)
They may be older with responsibilities, but it doesn’t stop Conor and Jock from getting up to some serious laugh out loud shenanigans.
Additional titles available to stream this October include:
Staged (season 1), Back In Very Small Business (season 1), Black Comedy (seasons 3 & 4), Brassic (season 1), Comedy Next Gen (season 2), Comedy Up Late (season 6), Diary Of An Uber Driver (season 1), Finding Joy (season 1), High Fidelity (season 1), Intelligence (season 1), Plebs (seasons 1-5), Retrograde (season 1), Rosehaven (season 4), Superwog (season 1) and The Ex-Pm (season 2).
