Tonight ABC screens Our Dawn, an exclusive interview by Tracey Holmes, with Olympic swimming legend Dawn Fraser opens up about her life, swimming career, Tokyo 1964 and winning Gold.

Fraser established herself as the greatest female sprint swimmer ever at the Tokyo Olympics.

She was the first to win three consecutive gold medals in the same event, the 100m freestyle, and she finished her career — not by choice — with eight Olympic medals (four gold and four silver), 27 individual world records and 12 relay world records.

She was also the first woman to swim the 100m freestyle in under one minute.
