Amazon Prime Video has renewed new property series Luxe Listings Sydney for a second season just days after its launch.

Prime has already claimed it as their biggest Australian Amazon Original (but hasn’t revealed any audience numbers).

Agents Gavin Rubinstein, D’Leanne Lewis and Simon Cohen took to Instagram to confirm a second season is in production through Eureka Productions with Kentel.

“Sydney’s real estate market is unlike any other in the world, with Luxe Listings Sydney offering a brilliant mix of big personalities, spectacular properties and high-stakes deals,” said Erika North, Head of Originals, Asia Pacific, at Amazon Studios.

“Prime members in Australia and around the world loved season one, and we are thrilled to be continuing our work with talented Australian producers in greenlighting a second season of Luxe Listing Sydney showcasing the beautiful backdrop Sydney provides and give members a further glimpse into the world-class real estate market in this iconic city.”

Audiences are set to see even more of the high-stakes drama, ruthless competition, multi-million-dollar deals and breathtaking Sydney properties in season two.

The first season of Luxe Listings Sydney has already become a hit with critics and fans alike, becoming the biggest Australian Amazon Original on launch weekend. Luxe Listings Sydney follows the intense professional operations and extraordinary personal lives of three elite real estate agents, showcasing some of the most breathtaking homes in the exclusive Sydney property market, complete with stunning harbour views, iconic beachfront backdrops and unrivalled grandeur.

Luxe Listings Sydney is executive produced by Eureka Productions’ Chris Culvenor, Paul Franklin, Rikkie Proost, and Evan Wilkes, with Co-Executive Producers Jake Hargreaves and Anastassia Gerakas, along with series creators and executive producers Benjamin Scott and James Kennedy through Kentel.

  1. This show was great, it didn’t turn into a nasty slanging match like so many of the other shows in the same vein. The main characters were great and showed a lot of respect for each other. Also their co workers were a hoot. I’m glad a second season is coming, especially after the end of the last episode..!

  2. I thought the same thing, really fun show to watch. I’d also recommend on Netflix a French series called ‘The Parisian Agency’. Great escapism

  3. Such a good series! Fantastic characters great production values. Aussies don’t tend to do these series well, but this is better than Selling Sunset!
