Frogger: promo
A glimpse of the giant video-game-turned-game-show filmed in Sydney.

Larger-than-life game show Frogger debuted in the US last week.
Filmed at Homebush in Sydney, the series was devised and produced by Eureka Productions (Holey Moley, The Amazing Race Australia, Making It).
Based on the classic ’80s video game, it is hosted by Damon Wayans Jr. and Kyle Brandt. There are twelve obstacle courses or “crossings” as contestants dodge traffic, gators and hippos. 13 hour-long episodes were filmed with US expats based in Australia – completed before recent lockdowns took hold.
This screens in America on NBC streaming platform Peacock so there are no ratings available.
No word if this will hop up anywhere in Australia as yet…

Would be fun for 2 episodes max, but can’t see any reason for repeated viewing unless the course changes up constantly?
This looks excellent, I can see 10 jumping on this!
But why…? The contestants travelled to Australia and quarantined for 14 days and then get eliminated first. Go back to home the next day?
All contestants are Australian based expats.
Ahhh, that makes sense now.
So basically this is ninja warrior without the arm hanging obstacles but with push obstacles.
More like Total Wipeout
Think you forgot to upload the video clip?
Doh… it must have been a Friday! Thanks for spotting.
