Writer, broadcaster and adventurer Ben Fogle travels across Scotland’s remotest islands on a personal pilgrimage to discover and explore themes of community and spirituality.

In the Inner Hebrides, Ben visits the island of Iona, after which he named his daughter, and learns how the Celtic Saint’s legacy inspires people. He explores 1300 year old temple ruins, and spends time alone in contemplation.
