Renewed: We Are Lady Parts

Comedy about an all-female Muslim punk band gets a second season.

UK comedy We Are Lady Parts has been renewed for a second season by Channel 4.

The series about an all-female Muslim punk band stars Sarah Kameela Impey, Juliette Motamed, Lucie Shorthouse and Anjana Vasan.

Creator Nida Manzoor was recently announced as the recipient of the illustrious 2021 Rose d’Or Emerging Talent Award, with the show also receiving a nomination for the Rose d’Or Comedy Drama & Sitcom award.
