The series centres around an incompetent Greek-Cypriot letting agent ‘Stath’ (Jamie Demetriou) who works for the family business, Michael & Eagle Lettings.

Stath returns for a new season with plenty of humorous yet failing attempts at his job in bustling London. This season sees Stath starting a war with a rival company.
