How will Wisting save other lives when he finds himself suspended and fighting for his own reputation, career and life?

In the second season, the story continues with another case taking up the centre stage as the main plotline. Based on the best-selling books The Caveman & The Hunting Dogs written by Jørn Lier Horst. Wisting S1 is currently available on SBS On Demand.

  1. k ty…i’ll watch an ep and see if i like it..that’s the thing about watching streamed multi-ep series…sometime you gotta be cruel and cut it short..rather than thinking..i’ve watched 6 eps already.i might as well see it out to the end.quite often its 1 and done for me.i’ll probably give wisting at least a 1 ep tryout too lol

  2. nordic noir is becoming my favorite genre and sbs has lots of it.i don’t know if anyone here has ever asked you for a recommendation, but i’m looking to stream a series in that genre on sbs…so david,do you watch much nn,and any series you’ve seen that you’ve really liked?

    1. If you have Stan you should check their offerings as well, their recent release Arctic Circle (from Finland) is worth a look. The SBS has other good dramas not Nordic like ‘Gloria’ (French) which I enjoyed and a similar genre from Spain ‘Ana All In’, both these shows are about strong women who are tested to their limit and wont be defeated. ‘Hidden Assets’ from Belgium and ‘The Long Call’ (UK) are also well made. If you like international political drama you can get your fix watching ‘Crisis Unit’ (Swiss). Another one of my recent favourites is ‘The Promise’ (from France). Enjoy.

        1. yeah i can see that..he may become my new go to guy for international drama lol.of his recommendations..”arctic circle” intrigues me.i’m currently watching “hidden assets”and am enjoying that …this premise of different countries’ police working on the one case a la “the bridge”might be getting a tad overused though.
