CJZ developing Dear Ghosts

Rachael Taylor has created a story of a young widow who moves to the Tasmanian wilderness for a fresh start, with unexpected consequences.

A modern ghost comedy-drama created by actor Rachael Taylor (Jessica Jones, The Defenders, Grey’s Anatomy, Transformers)  is being developed by CJZ.

Dear Ghosts tells the story of a young widow who moves to the Tasmanian wilderness for a fresh start, with unexpected consequences.

“Rachael brought the project to CJZ … (she) had created the idea and is very passionate about it. We were immediately excited about the idea, the opportunity of working with Rachael and we are confident that Dear Ghosts will be a great show,” Damian Davis, CJZ head of comedy and entertainment has told the Mercury.

“Launceston is very much at the centre of the series and Rachael’s experiences growing up there are infused right through it. Rachael is very keen to make about the idea the show in her home state.”

A broadcaster is yet to be announced.
