  1. News figures still holding up despite the holidays so the audience has not completely gone off on leave yet.

Poor old TEN Network still languishing behind the ABC though with their top show of the night being half of The Project at 260,000. I am no fan of The Project but if it remains TEN’s highest rater even at low numbers then they probably should persist even in its reduced budget form minus the ‘talent.’

I do wish TEN well but they don’t seem to have much commitment to content over the summer. Tonight’s highlight is a repeat of Ambulance Australia, Wednesday a repeat of The Dog House, Thursday Jamie Oliver and a repeat movie and Friday Living Room repeat and two hours of Graham Norton repeats.

Hardly the schedule upon “which dreams are made on” to misquote The Tempest.

      1. Hello DK ,may I ask the ratings for Mission Impossible on Ten last night ,seems their showing the first four this week till Thursday, thankyou in advance.

      2. Hard to argue of course but at least one network has new sport coverage and there will be the inevitable tennis through January on another one.

TEN’s position also means they need to try harder and they do, to their credit, start their reality a few weeks earlier. Not sure The Bachelor is ideal summer viewing though.
