Returning: Four Corners, Media Watch, Q+A.

Q+A returns to Mondays from next week, no longer in its former Thursday night home.

It joins the 2023 return of Four Corners and Media Watch. and Sarah Ferguson back on 7:30.

As Back Roads continues, Australian Story will return on February 27.

Other titles such as China Tonight and India Now will rotate on Fridays on ABC News with Planet America, but will also have a Monday night repeat on ABC.

From 8pm (starting Monday 27 February) Leigh Sales is back in a brand new role presenting Australian Story, fascinating stories about everyday Australians that entertain and inspire.

At 8.30pm from next Monday 30 January the Four Corners team delivers another year of fearless and forensic investigative journalism — fresh from winning Australian journalism’s top honour the 2022 Gold Walkley Award.

Q+A, Australia’s leading forum for public debate, returns to Mondays at 9.35pm, with host Stan Grant and thought leaders from home and abroad bringing unique perspectives to the audience’s questions.

Also from next Monday Sarah Ferguson returns as host of 7.30 alongside Chief Political Correspondent Laura Tingle.
Weeknights at 6pm The Drum brings thoughtful and challenging discussions, with Dan Bourchier and John Barron sharing host responsibilities with Ellen Fanning and Julia Baird.

From Thursday 16 February at 8pm Foreign Correspondent draws on the ABC’s unrivalled network of international correspondents to tell stories and meet people from the furthest corners of the earth.

On Fridays, keep up with the global superpowers on the ABC NEWS Channel. At 8pm Friday China Tonight, India Now! and Planet America will be on rotation throughout the year, with an encore on Monday night on ABC TV after Q+A.
