Australia will perform as the last contender for Eurovision glory in the 2023 Semi-Finals.
The running order for the Liverpool event has now been released.
Perth rockers Voyager will perform as the last act in Semi Final Two, hoping to qualify for the Grand Final with “Promise.”
That’s a good position to be, because voting will open immediately following. With 16 acts in SF2 (1 more than SF1) it can be easy to be forgotten from the middle of the pack.
Australia will need all the help it can muster with current odds placing us around 18th of 37 acts. Lithuania, directly before Voyager performs is around 33 in current odds.
Sweden’s returning Loreen is the current bookies’ favourite with her song “Tattoo.”
Also performing in SF2 is Sydney’s Andrew Lambrou for Cyprus (a good place for Aussies to send their votes, wink).
The running order of the Grand Final will be determined after all qualifiers are confirmed.
SBS again screens all the excitement from early May, its 40th year on Australian TV.

They’re also helped by semi final two being decidedly weaker than semi final one!
