Heartbreak High offers industry attachments

As Season 2 of Heartbreak High nears, Netflix is calling for applicants to participate in an expanded trainee attachment program.

The program will support five entry-level attachments with paid positions across various departments including production accounting, editing, locations, costumes, hair & makeup. In addition, Netflix will support one Director’s Attachment as a Professional Accelerator attachment.

All of the Heartbreak High Season 2 attachments will be designated a specific supervisor in the department they are working with, with oversight from the Head of Department giving unprecedented mentoring access.

Interested applicants in the Locations, Costume and Hair & Make Up departments can apply here by Friday the 31st of March 2023 and will need to be available through the duration of Principal Photography which runs from 29 May to 29 August 2023.

Produced by Fremantle Australia and NewBe, season 2 of Heartbreak High will see the talented cast and creators reassemble in Sydney (Gadigal, Dharug, Dharawal and Ku-ring-gai lands), Australia for pre-production and filming.

Heartbreak High is a reimagination of an iconic piece of Australian television. Season one garnered critical acclaim and was lauded for its range of diverse, on-screen representation of Australians. First Nations and those from Underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.
