Cha Cha Cha
Rapper, singer, and songwriter Käärijä has a reputation for energetic, shirtless performances described by the man himself as: ‘It’s crazy, it’s party!’ Hailing from Vantaa in Finland, Käärijä has been making music since 2014 – he released his debut album Fantastista in 2020. For the experimental rapper, it’s all about defying genres. In his Eurovision entry Cha Cha Cha, he fuses rap, electronic music, metal, and schlager, with a performance that incorporates ballroom dancing, a neon green bolero jacket, and lots and lots of wooden pallets. He wrote the song with two friends: multi-platinum selling producer and songwriter Johannes ‘Kiro’ Naukkarinen, and producer Aleksi Nurmi.
