  1. I believe Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan should be given a chance of revival in maybe a year or so. Season 3 of this show knocked Netflix’s ‘Wednesday’ from top of Nielsen’s Top 10, amassing 1.834 billion minutes viewed across 24 total episodes. It’s interesting that Nielsen notes that Jack Ryan’s audience ”skewed a bit older with almost two-thirds aged 50+, and 50 percent male.” 50+ is an audience which does seem to be increasing ignored lately, and they now has one less show to watch. The show costs between $8 million and $10 million per episode so when compared with other recent Prime Video releases does offer better value than Prime Videos recent Lord of the Rings effort, for example, which is going to continue.

  2. I’m yet to have had an Amazon sub, but now that I’ve finished Mayor of Kingstown and Tulsa King, I’m thinking of dropping P+ for this and there’s a list of titles, old and new I want to Binge. How good has Krasinski been since moving away from comedy into more serious acting chop areas, including action movies and now this espionage and thriller on one of the more globally famous characters and story arcs, not to mention the 90s movies with Baldwin/ Connery/ Ford.
