Mitch is helping parents-to-be Ellen and Nelson find their dream family home in the Sutherland Shire before their first baby is born. Their extensive wish list poses problems, but can Mitch think outside the box to get them what they want?

Meanwhile Mark is with parents-of-three Peta and Paulo who are more than willing to compromise on space for their idyllic Inner West location. But a family of five in a two-bedroom apartment is a tight squeeze. Can Mark find them the perfect pocket-sized property?
