Airdate: Shark Week 2023

Jason Momoa will host the 35th year of Shark Week beginning Sunday 3 December at 7.30pm on Discovery.

The 2023 edition of Shark Week features  documentaries filmed in Australia and New Zealand – and includes Aussie and Kiwi shark experts and conservationists including shark attack survivor Paul de Gelder, scientist Dr. Riley Elliott and marine videographer, Madison “Shark Girl” Stewart.

Belly of the Beast: Feeding Frenzy

In a Shark Week first, researchers with cameras brave a great white shark feeding frenzy from inside a life-size whale decoy. Their findings could be the key to finding the biggest great white shark in South African history.
