Disney+ has cancelled The Muppets Mayhem after just a single season.
The series, which centered on members of Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, debuted in May.
Lilly Singh headed the show’s human cast as a young music executive helping the Electric Mayhem record their first studio album. Tahj Mowry, Saara Chaudry and Anders Holm also starred, along with Muppets performers Matt Vogel, Bill Barretta, Peter Linz, Dave Goelz, David Rudman and Eric Jacobson.
Adam F. Goldberg (The Goldbergs), who created the series with Muppets veteran Barretta and Jeff Yorkes, posted on social media, “Huge thanks to the critic & fan love that got us 6 Emmy noms and a #1 Billboard album. Mayhem was truly the most joyful and collaborative experience of my career.”
