Seven News poaches Nine sports reporter

Seven News Adelaide has poached Nine’s sports reporter Josh Money.

Money, 31, has been with Nine since March 2021, will replace Theo Doropoulos who heads to Melbourne to replace AFL reporter Tom Browne.

“We’re thrilled Josh is joining our newsroom,” Seven News director Chris Salter told The Advertiser.

“He lives and breathes sport and we’re confident his tenacious yet down-to-earth approach will be warmly welcomed by Seven viewers.”

He is expected to begin in December.

“Given Seven is the home of sport here in Adelaide, it’s a dream job for sports reporters,” said Salter.
