Missing reporter, crime scene, fears for partner in Sydney.

Updated: Police are searching for former 10 reporter to assist with inquiries, amid fears for his missing partner. A NSW police officer is now assisting with the investigation.

The home of former Network 10 red carpet reporter Jesse Baird has been declared a crime scene after a “significant amount of blood” was found at the Paddington terrace.

Police hold “grave concerns” for his partner, flight attendant Luke Davies, 29.

Bloodied clothes belonging to Mr Baird were found dumped behind a skip-bin in the south Sydney suburb of Cronulla by a worker on Wednesday.

Attempts to locate both men in recent days have been unsuccessful, according to media reports.

Mr Baird, 26, who worked for Studio 10 until last year, was last seen exiting his home on Monday night, while Mr Davies’ family reported him missing on Tuesday.

His disappearance is being considered suspicious.

“Investigators are now trying to determine the location of [Mr Baird], who they believe can assist with inquiries,” a NSW Police spokesperson said.

Three days ago, Mr Baird posted pictures of the pair of them together from when they attended Pink’s concert in Sydney two weeks ago.

Police are expected to hold a press conference at 3pm.
