  1. Hard Quiz arguably the best performer of the night under these metrics with the highest percentage of those who sampled the programme actually sticking with it.

    These figures basically show half the people who tune into MAFS for at least a minute turn it off.

  2. Hi David, could you please explain the ratings significance
    of “Reach is viewers who have watched 15 secs or more of
    BVOD and/or 1 min of linear”?

    I don’t understand why these figures are even a thing, as they
    could be simply a result of someone changing channels with
    their remote control, and checking out what’s showing on each
    of the channels before moving on to something more watchable.
     

    Or am I missing something?

    1. BVOD is Broadcast Video on Demand, is the average number of viewers who have watched a show on iview, 9now, 7plus etc.
      National Audience is the average number of viewers who have watched linear broadcast including BVOD.
      Reach is viewers who have watched 15 secs or more of BVOD and/or 1 min of linear.
      All numbers include metro + regional.
      In other words National includes BVOD which is also broken out separately from linear, but linear is not broken out separately.
