Stan acquires Joan, Red Eye, Hunting Wives.

Upcoming international dramas feature Sophie Turner, Richard Armitage, Jing Lusi, Brittany Snow, Dermot Mulroney.

Stan has confirmed three new international dramas coming its way, but no details on premiere dates.

Starring Sophie Turner (Game of Thrones), Joan is a British crime drama that follows Joan Hannington, a fiery and uncompromising woman in her 20s and a devoted mother who is trapped in a disastrous marriage with a violent criminal named Gary. When Gary goes on the run, Joan seizes the opportunity to create a new life for herself and her daughter. Adopting new identities and making new acquaintances along the way, Joan becomes a masterful jewel thief. She embarks on a thrilling, high-stakes journey that challenges her every limit, driven by her desire to create a secure home.

Red Eye
Starring Richard Armitage (Obsession, Stay Close) and Jing Lusi (Crazy Rich Asians, Stan Exclusive Series Gangs of London), Red Eye is a high-octane thriller that follows London police officer DC Hana Li (Lusi), as she escorts Dr Matthew Nolan (Armitage) back to Beijing where he has been accused of a crime. However, while on board flight 357, she finds herself embroiled in an escalating conspiracy and a growing number of murders.

Hunting Wives
Based of the best-selling novel of the same name, Hunting Wives is a thriller drama from the creator of Hightown, Rebecca Cutter. Starring Brittany Snow (Pitch Perfect), Malin Akerman (Stan Exclusive Series Billions), Dermot Mulroney (Anyone But You) and Evan Jonigkeit (Sweetbitter), the series follows Sophie O’Neil as she moves to deep East Texas and succumbs to socialite Margo’s charms, slowly becoming consumed by obsession, seduction and murder.
