Cracker of a Panel Xmas coming

The Panel Christmas Wrap is promising a fun-filled line up of laughs and music.

“One” of the ladies from Kath & Kim and a second star from Fountain Lakes look set to appear.

Julian and Chris from The Chaser are confirmed. Mick Molloy is fronting up. And there is music from Sneaky Sound System (pictured) and Thirsty Merc. As with all good xmas traditions, there will again be The Panel’s pantomime.

Speaking on 3AW Radio today, Santo Cilauro has also watered down talk of no return for Thank God You’re Here in 2008. Referring to previous Working Doc projects, Cilauro said, “We have never ever decided in the year before we come back.

“I’d like it to come back. It’s good fun.”

  1. I caught the second half, and yes it was dull! The Umbilical Bros live ad was painful because of Tom’s narrating. The panto was a let down. The ballroom dancing championships were more interesting this year

    – and I actually like The Panel….

  2. Don’t know if it was me (maybe I had too much Xmas puddin), but the show was boring. Kath & Kel weren’t funny, it almost seemed as thought they were ad libbing. Steve Quatermain rehashed the year, so what. The Umbilical Brothers were boring.The only skit that was mildly funny was the Myer one with Kate and Santo. As for the Panto, sorry guys it was not funny. I know it’s in a good cause, but they seem not to able to maintain the standard of the the first year which was very funny and well done. Suggestion pre -record a funny show instead.

    just hope i can get some peace to watch it in. i’ll be around all my relatives jabbering away.
