Dicko glad to see ‘stupid’ Holden gone

Anyone would think Idol was nearing rather than Big Brother….. News today has Ian “Dicko” Dickson says slamming former colleague Mark Holden, saying he’s glad the former carnation-toting pop star was voted off.

“Mark always tried to turn it into pantomime,” said Dicko, pictured, who also admitted he’ll be happy to steal his culled comrade’s trademark “touchdown!” catch cry.

“I was really, really thrilled to come back last year. And this year, now that Holden’s gone, it’s even more exciting,” Dicko said. “Mark always kept me at arm’s length. I like him. I think he’s an interesting character but he would do whatever he could just to make my life a misery.

“I’m thrilled to be not having his stupid orange face butting in all the time and trying to derail me,” he said.

“All I know is the make-up department are thrilled about saving so much money this year. And I don’t have to worry about this mad encore sitting on my right saying ‘touchdown!’ every five minutes. In fact, I might even steal ‘touchdown!’ off him. I don’t give a s— what he thinks. He’s off the show now. What’s he going to do, sue me?”
