Holden ‘mum’ on new TV projects

Mark Holden is working on a new TV project.

“I’ve written a format for a new music show which is receiving very strong interest at the moment and is close to my heart,” he said. Please say it doesn’t involve David Hasselhoff?

When Holden left the Idol camp he said he was looking to continue acting, radio and documentary production.

But he didn’t divulge any more info.

Meanwhile James Mathison said the current audition tour was different without Mr. Touchdown.

“Not in a bad way, but it’s different … They seem to be getting on a little bit better,” Mathison said. “I always thought that Mark Holden knew how to ruffle Dicko’s feathers like no one else. Those three have been behaving themselves a little bit more.”

He also advised prospective auditionees against sleepouts. “A lot of kids think that it’s first in, best dressed, so they sleep in the dirt out in the cold the night before, and your voice is just shot by then … Everyone gets seen, so don’t panic.”

That’s true enough. Everyone gets seen by producers, who then work out who will go before the big three.
