evemylesAnd here is a trailer for Torchwood‘s third season, a 5 part mini-series to air in the UK on consecutive nights.

“Children of Earth” is due to air in the UK in June or July. The serial is about a government who struck a deal in the 1960s with an alien race and the consequences of it – something that will affect all the children on Earth.

No clarity yet on plans for an Australian broadcast, but TV Tonight understands the ABC has put in a bid for the series. This week it announced S1 and S2 will screen on ABC2 mid year.

  3. Ooh yay ABC has it now, thank heavens for that. Now I can actually watch the show peacefully without searching in the TV guide for what timeslot it had disappeared to.

    I can’t wait!!!
