A men's mag has published sexy photos of a So You Think You Can Dance contestant it had in its vaults.

So You Think You Can Dance contestant Penny Higgs, which appears today in a men’s magazine.

An image was sent under embargo to media yesterday, apparently from a photo shoot taken 12 months ago. According to the mag, she has posed for several sets of photos.

But producers of the show were seemingly unaware they existed.

According to the mag, “‘These photos prove that Penny has talents that go way beyond dancing. They are bound to get a whole heap of young guys tuning in and voting to keep her in the show.

“If she stays in the show another week, we’ll run her as our covergirl next week.”

Presumably without asking Ms. Higgs if she is happy about it.

  2. Zoo/FHM/Ralph have done this sort of thing a quiet a fewtimes now… they’ve been silently sitting on a stash of photo’s that possibly weren’t good enough for publication the first time round, and now that there’s a TV cross over, they’ll get some free publicity out of it.

    She would have singed a model waiver/clearance, so there’s nothing she can do about it.

  3. Well she’s also an aspiring model so I don’t see why this is such a big deal. A little bit of Googling quickly brings up her portfolio of work. Strange to hear that Zoo sat on them for so long though.

    Actually, I’m more surprised that she apparently also appeared on an episode of Neighbours playing a stripper. I wonder if Ten knew that?
