In just one episode of the next series of Australia’s Next Top Model, new host Sarah Murdoch comes to the fore as a very strong, personable host.
After the disaster that was Jodhi Meares (whose hosting skills were already questionable before the finale walkout bombshell), Murdoch comes across as confident, warm and caring -a much needed quality on a show that has taken some criticism.
The premiere episode is not without fault, but none of it is due to Murdoch.
She’s a great addition to the FOX8 franchise.

i have to say that sarah was excellent on the Today show and as a person she is very compassionate, caring and seems very genuine i think this show will get much better now that she is on board. i watched a fair few eps of it with Johdi and thought she just didnt have the ability to host.
Good on Sarah i hope the show flies.

I actually didn’t mind Jodie. I find her a lot easier and more pleasant to watch than Tyra Banks who just inserts way too much of herself into the show. When it comes down to it the show is about the contestants rather than the host.
