Apprehended Violence Orders sought after an incident between Apprentice boss Mark Bouris and his neighbour have been withdrawn before they were to go before Downing Centre Local Court today.
The Daily Telegraph reports Peter McGrath had applied for an AVO after a neighbourhood incident in July allegedly started by Mr Bouris’ girlfriend’s dog barking.
McGrath claimed he went his neighbour’s house only to wind up in a scuffle with Bouris.
Bouris’ girlfriend, Lise Hearns, then applied for an AVO against Mr McGrath.
“I’m happy the neighbourhood’s all back in balance and the matter’s been dismissed and finalised,” Bouris said.
The founder of Wizard Home Loans currently fronts Channel Nine’s local version of The Apprentice.
