Sold on Kid’s Choice Awards

Still a month to go but Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards is already a sellout.

kca2Still a month to go but Nickelodeon’s Kid’s Choice Awards is already a sellout, just a day after it announced Deltra Goodrem as host.

4000 tickets have been sold, 500 more than last year, for the event at Hisense Arena in November.

With tickets now completely sold out, the only way to score tix will be through upcoming competitions.

Nickelodeon is offering a VIP experience for one winner and a friend, including Orange Carpet Grandstand seats and accommodation. To enter you need to vote before Sunday 1st November through www.nickelodeon.com.au or through the interactive Red Button application.

As well as the line-up already announced, a special guest star will be announced later this week.

Let the sliming begin.

  1. Wikipedia’s been saying Oz got the logo first… So, why is the splat still on Nick?

Whoever edits those things, must have confused the logo change with the second season of My Family’s Got Guts, that aired here, in a midday slot before Ma Nick in America aired it.

  2. Anthony: If Nick were to roll out the new logo, I’d expect it will be with the upcoming D3 channel launch, meaning that the Oz KCA’s could be a farewell to the current logo.

Remember how long it took for Discovery to change…

And don’t get me started on SyFy.

  3. I remember the days when the Nick Kids Choice Awards really weren’t that important or popular….but now so many celebrities are there and it really is a better show….good on Nick 🙂

  4. I cant wait! I’m taking my niece and nephew to the awards (altho I reckon I’m more excited…sad, I know), so any news will be greatly appreciated
    🙂
