It doesn’t matter how many times they hear it, Americans just love their national anthem.
And who can blame them when it’s sung so well as by the cast of Glee, who gave a stirring harmonised performance at the World Series match between Philadelphia and the New York Yankees? This aired on ONE early this morning.
Their announcer sounds like he is straight out of Springfield…..where’s the Capital City goofball?
Glee is also up for some lovin’ from something called the Diversity Awards thanks to its cast consisting of a disabled teenager (Kevin McHale), a geeky girl (Lea Michele), a gay student (Chris Colfer), an Asian goth (Jenna Ushkowitz) and an African-American girl (Amber Riley).

I give them credit for not lip syncing, like so many bigger stars do at these events.

One? Pfft. Showing the world series games about a day after they actually happen. Fox Sports FTW.
Ahhh… Major Legue Baseball re-broadcast with implied oral consent, instead of express written consent…
Out of respect for our country we ask you to remove your hats as we attach an advertisement for Foxs HIt Show to the National Anthem.
wow! way to go FOX, thats some first rate cross promotion!
Wasn’t that good…I couldn’t even hear Amber’s low register…
