hiatusFrom today TV Tonight begins a summer hiatus.

The ratings year is over, news already started trickling down last week and the sun is shinin’….

But fear not, the site is not grinding to a complete halt. There will still be coverage, news, interviews and keeping an eye on the box (but only one). Think of it as changing gears…

The annual TV Tonight Awards will also begin voting later this month -your chance to speak up on the good, bad and ugly television that has transpired this year.

You patience in comment approval is appreciated during this period.

And in case you’re wondering, the site will begin to pick up pace again sometime in January.

  12. Been quite a transformational year new channels and episodes of shows that are being seen. You do deserve your break being able to keep up with this year would have you deserve your break even more.

  13. Hi David, enjoy the hiatus. TV Tonight just gets better and better. You have great knowledge and you put the work in. In a genre of reporting that,sadly,has become all about gush and faux celebs you rise above the pack and analyse the game so well.

I would like to thank you david for all the hard work you do into this site with ratings, breaking news and everything else i was lucky to come across this site at the start of the year and haven’t looked back thanks for all the hard work you put in all year even with juggling another job great work so enjoy your holiday break you deserve it and have a great christmas and can’t wait to see you and the site running full turbo when the ratings start back in 2010.
