  1. I managed to flick over from “Lie to Me” in time to catch both Crowded House songs. The brief moments I caught of Somers were enough to remind me of how horrible he is. And as for his interview with Neil Finn! Years of being interviewed by dopey people must have been all that prevented poor Neil from laughing in Daryl’s face for the stupidly inane questions he was asking.

And then Daryl tries to pretend that Neil is “about to play live”, just for the Hey Hey audience, when Neil has already mentioned that he had to get up very early for the interview. The “live” performance in front of a real London audience was clearly taken from a gig a night or so before. Pathetic.

  2. Was surprised John Edward didn’t do much. He was only there for Celebrity Head! I thought he’d make use of some in the audience.

Apart from that though.. pretty good show!

  3. Now I’m torn between my love for Crowded House and my hatred for Hey, Hey! I guess I’ll have to watch it … or maybe just watch the clips on You Tube.

  4. I watched Hey Hey for the first time ever when I was a teen because of an appearance by Split Enz!! I have only watched it sporadically since it came back – might have to watch tonight although live crosses to the UK or anywhere are always hit and miss on Hey Hey!!

  5. Looks like it will be another very good show. After this week, I will probably start watching it on Saturdays considering that Masterchef is starting to heat up and the return of The Gruen Transfer will be a must-watch for me.

  6. I can’t take John Edward seriously any more after seeing that episode of South Park.

The rest of the Hey Hey episode looks good though. I’m just happy they didn’t try that Commercial quiz segment again!

  7. Pretty good line-up this week (except John Edwards)! I’m sure the regular Hey Hey baggers will knock it shortly though!!! I know i’ll be watching.

What people who are now working at Ten and Nine? Maybe they could chat with Kerry and ask him what he thinks of Nine now ? Oh wait, that can’t happen because Kerry has long rolled over in his grave !!!
