For therir their annual “Eye On Oz,” this week’s Better Homes and Gardens sends its presenters to find big ideas and inspiration for the home and garden.

Rob Palmer walks through The Valley of the Giants in south-west Western Australia and shows you how to create a living bench from ecologically sourced jarrah.

Dr Harry visits Kangaroo Island off the coast of South Australia to meet some very special wildlife – and their newly hatched babies.

Fast Ed heads to Queensland’s Henderson Park cattle station, just outside of Rockhampton, to get the beef on bringing a taste of the outback into your kitchen.

Jason Hodges sees how the people of Rylstone, New South Wales are trying to bring the endangered Aussie icon, tyre swans, back to life. He discovers plenty of ways to take recycling old tyres to trendy new heights along the way.

Tara Dennis gets the sand between her toes at spectacular Mission Beach in Far North Queensland to bring you a Great Barrier Reef-inspired dining room makeover.

Graham Ross checks out an exquisite display of rhododendrons and azaleas in Victoria’s Dandenongs region and gives you tips on how to look after these magnificent plants at home.

Karen Martini creates the freshest Spring salad ever using produce straight from the farm at The Agrarian Kitchen, a “paddock to plate” cooking school in Tasmania’s stunning Derwent Valley.

And Johanna Griggs presents the show from Griffith’s larger than life Citrus Sculpture Display.

  1. Dear BHAG loved your show on friday night especially Jasons Rubber Tyre Roundup at Rylstone. Packed the family into the car on Saturday to go to Rylstone to see all these works of art, after all Jason said they would be there on display for another week… We could’t find them, “They packed them away about 2 weeks ago” the locals told us. Thanks Jason, we were dissappointed that we didn’t see all the art works but we did discover a nice little old town.

  2. hey guys its gonzo girl here!i am super excited about better homes and gardens! since i have been banned from BWH message board better homes and gardens is my new obsession guys! 😛 so i have been on ebay recently to try and find any merchandise at all to do with BHAG but i can’t find anything on the tv show!i have found tonnes of magazines and i think i will buy them and then cut “better homes and gardens” off the cover and paste it all over my walls. (if anyone can make a dvd of all the episodes that would be muchly appreciated!!) i am so excited for the new episode! i just love this show so so much it really brings joy into my life
    everyone on the show just makes me very very excited! peace out everyone xo
