Rescue Me, which began as a tribute to the firefighters who had battled the World Trade Centre attacks, has announced it will conclude with the tenth anniversary of the tragedy.
The Dennis Leary drama will conclude in the US on September 6th, after seven seasons and 93 episodes. The show’s seventh season begins in the US in July.
Season six of the FX drama will air in Australia on the W Channel.
Rescue Me was created in 2004.

I’m honestly surprised this never popped up on FTA ever. Excellent series – I grabbed them on DVD but watched via alternative means over the years. Will be sad to say goodbye.
Another show I never really got into because of the scheduling, guess there are always the DVDs.
