Is this comment that ‘Big’ of a deal, really?
Adelaide are lucky having a beauty like Belinda Heggen to read the news.
Owned.
Just look at all P.C police on this site
“how inappropriate”… “How silly for TV”
Get over it people, no asked you to look at the clip
That female news reader looks a babe! Funny clip but don’t know how unscripted it was.
That Sports reader is full of it and air head……didnt see it as I’m one of the thousands that have also tuned out years ago. Especially when they were clearly recording the news in Melb and made out they were in Adelaide…lol..
Yawn channel 10.
Could she have just been inferring he was small height wise?
Sunrise had this on today, along with other TV presenter bloopers 😆
LOLL! It looks a bit staged, the guy doesnt look shocked or startled. Now we all know he has a teenie weenie =/
Gee JohnW, East Coast Jealousy?? Having lived in all States in Australia myself…must have missed that….
Australia is known as an ‘adolescent’ country and also the ‘dumb blonde’ of the world. This is why!!! Her comment was rude, inappropriate and just plain silly for TV!
‘It’s all about timing’, Graeme Kennedy’s famous quote.
Adelaide’s Ten News…fail.
A poorly scripted, badly delivered knob joke. If you really love this stuff so much, Ben Elton needs your help. But ask mummy and daddy if you can stay up to watch.
and they wonder why their 5pm numbers have dropped in Adelaide. Funny, yes. Appropriate for a news bulletin, don’t think so.
@dee123: good to see East coast jealousy is alive and well in some quarters across the state borders 😉
That’s what she said…………
The Melissa George on the Adam Hills show was a funnier gaff my friend imo 🙂
But you’re not one are you Rob?
Have to agree, it does seem scripted. Otherwise she comes across as a bit narky and the expected un-pre-warned response from him would have been to blurt out something like “What!?”.
New word for the day: unprewarned.
