The Renovators schedule

Eliminations, group challenges and masterclasses... what does The Renovators have in store across its weekly schedule?

We’ve seen Masterchef strip its storytelling across the week with eliminations, group challenges and masterclasses… but what does The Renovators have in store?

TV Tonight reveals how the week will shape up:

Sunday: A big challenge night in The Renovators warehouse
Monday: Judgement day, visiting the houses.
Tuesday: Elimination night. Involves a Panic Room with a room in dire need of renovation; and a White Room, as a blank canvas.
Wednesday: Off-site challenge.
Thursday: Elimination.
Friday: Masterclass.

  1. Not interested in a 6 nights a week show, but do like the idea of Friday night’s Masterclass one, so at best will watch just that one night of the show of a week.

  2. Sounds like master chef for renovators. As long as the audience gets to learn renovation I will watch it. Can’t stand the block. Nothing on it will ever remotely teach you about renovation. Can’t stand the hosts of the block and can’t stand the constant recaps on the block.

  3. Can’t wait for this! Yes, there are a lot of renovation shows on at the moment but this will surely be king of them all. The production values will be through the roof, contestants will be more skilled and varied, and the best part of all – we might actually learn how to renovate!

  4. @brit: Nine didn’t invent reno TV just in the same way as Ten didn’t invent cooking TV. Nothing is original anymore, especially not in Australia.

The big problem for this will be that the Block will directly precede it on every night, now even on Sunday. The days where The Block runs for an hour could be disastrous for Renovators.

  5. it will be intresting to see how this goes ten do have a track record of making sucessful reality shows big brother the biggest loser australian idol and that cooking competition but then again they have had some flops when it comes to reality yasmins getting married the hot house which i actually liked and the resort any one remember that

  6. Seems like a lot of wasted materials if the are just renovating sets in a warehouse, at last with other renovation shows the materials are used in actual houses and not dumped at the end.

  7. All these programs are rehashes of rehashes of rehashes……isn’t there anybody who works at these Channels who has an ounce of originality????….apparently not……..I predict this one will be a total flop only because Channel 9 got their similar program: The Block on air first and mainly it will flop because it’s on Channel 10…..
