According to a Mexican news report and an Australian one, she wasn’t feeling well and fainted when being thrown over, that is why she hit her head. She has a injury to her nose and neck but nothing life threatening.
An Argentinian model has knocked herself unconscious during a live performance on a television dance program.
Rocio Guirao Diaz was performing the routine on Dancing for a Dream, a Mexican reality series where celebrities are partnered with everyday people who want to fulfil their dreams.
The 27-year-old model was trying to flip over the back of her partner when she fell onto her face.
Her partner tended to her immediately and she was taken to hospital when she regained consciousness.
Diaz suffered injuries to her neck and nose.
A quick Google search tells me that she injured her nose and neck, and regained consciousness in hospital, but is otherwise fine.
Oh jeez, that was bad, I hope she is OK. Nothing funny about that, her lack of response was horrible. God, I hope she didn’t land hard on her head and fracture her skull or anything ghastly like that. I take it this is the Mexican version of DWTS.
