  2. Oh my God, he really is the stuff of kitchen nightmares. Evil baking genius. Whatever the producers pay him to come up with this stuff, he is worth every last penny. The croquembouche would be a pleasant stroll in the park compared to this, I am hyperventilating and bordering on a panic attack just looking at the photo, so I would fall apart if I was a contestant and was confronted with this. It will rate through the roof, the audience loves the Zumbo challenges.

    I was really annoyed at the other night when they had only two hours to cook the terrain when it should have been three. Who can cook a chicken terrain in only two hours? Of course all three would be raw. But I’m glad Dani’s out. But I really wanted a girl showdown between two of the best cooks Kate and Alana…but Alana struggled last night.
