This Sunday Nine premieres a Richard Hammond natural science documentary, Journey To The Centre Of The Planet, which looks at Earth’s geology and plate tectonics.
The two part documentary aired in the UK in July.
Richard Hammond goes to go to the centre of the planet and peels back the layers to show us where volcanoes come from, why earthquakes happen and even where to find diamonds. Using the latest satellite imagery and beautiful locations around the world, the story of how the Earth works has never been seen like this before.
