Seven wins another Thursday

On another low-ranking Thursday, Seven won from 6pm-8:30 before the ABC hit the front.

It was another low-ranking Thursday last night with Seven News (1.12m) the biggest audience for the night, followed by Beauty & The Geek Australia (1.11m) and Today Tonight (1.07m).

Seven won the night aided by Home and Away was (969,000), The Amazing Race (723,000) and
Susan Boyle: An Unlikely Superstar (610,000) as its other performers.

Nine News (999,000) topped Nine’s shows with A Current Affair (769,000), Unforgettable (613,000), Michael Jackson and the Doctor (572,000), The Big Bang Theory (544,000) and The Mentalist (494,000).

A penultimate Rush was 730,000 for TEN followed by Recruits: Paramedics (668,000), Keeping up with the Joneses (652,000), The Project (527,000), Law and Order: SVU (516,000).

The Slap won at 8:30 with (906,000), with ABC News (851,000), Qi (837,000), 7:30 (657,000), and Crownies (540,000).

Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam was 293,000 for SBS and My Sri Lanka with Peter Kuruvita was 269,000.

The Big Bang Theory topped multichannels with 392,000.

Seven was 29.7% over Nine 24.0%, TEN 21.6%, ABC 19.7% and SBS 5.0%.

  1. I forgot all about the slap. I watch BATG then the amazing race but flick over to the slap in th ads.

    I wish the amazing race would go to different places. They always seem to go to the same places and just stay there. Nothing wrong with showing Africa but more eurpean cities would be nice. I did notice they do go to Denmark though.

    Isn’t 1.19m more than 1.12m?
