Nine returns The Mentalist to screens this week.

It will air at 8:30pm Wednesday followed by Unforgettable.

“The Redshirt”
Jane and the CBI are called in when a retired star quarterback is presumed dead following a car explosion.

Nine will be playing new eps twice a week for now, with another set to air at 8:30pm next Sunday March 18.

It will be followed by new CSI: Miami.

    It was Person of Interest at least for two weeks. If it had of been both Alcatraz and Person of Interest I would of been watching both of them instead of one. I guess now it’ll be one or none. I was enjoying Person of Interest. Oh well.

  3. Nine have no bloody idea. They were airing 3 New Big Bang Theory’s at one stage and now airing Mentalist twice a week. No wonder they are lagging behind Seven. Airing dramas twice a week is stupid. The content disappears and then the repeats start airing, my case in point Big Bang Theory.

  4. Great Mentalist is back… But twice a week! I am used to Sun or Mon, not Sun & Wed!!
    Hooray for new CSI Miami 🙂
    I take it Alcatraz is out….

  6. At least die-hard Mentalist fans will be getting their due by getting double episodes. But this isn’t gonna be good for casual viewers and the show.

  7. Why dont they get their act into “top gear” and show episodes once per week at the same time on the same day, is that too hard? It must be for all networks seem to be doing it now. Movie length episodes are usually nothing more than two episodes topped and tailed, sometimes with no relevance to the first episode. Maybe I am asking too much but there seems to be knee jerk reaction to adverse ratings, oh well I am pleased that I am not a programmer, as that surely would be a difficult job, with all people putting in their two cents worth like me complaining.
