CBS has now released its Fall schedule to advertisers in the US.
CBS is introducing four new shows, comedy Partners and dramas Vegas, Elementary and Made In Jersey. The strategy was “protecting our new shows, with all of them having hits in front of them,” CBS’ scheduling guru Kelly Kahl said. Two more are being held for midseason.
It has also shifted Two and a Half Men to Thursdays following The Big Bang Theory and moved The Mentalist to Sundays (sounds just like Nine!).

None of their new shows interest me in the slightest, apart from maybe that new “Made in Jersey” show. That’s because Kevin Falls is the producer, and I enjoyed Journeyman in 2007
It may not be as good as “The Good Wife” but it could still be entertainning
There was a show called Vegas in the late 70s starring Robert Urich. Does this have anything to do with that? I think there was also a short lived sit-com in 90s called Partners. starring Tate Donovan and Alan from 2.5 men (his real name escapes me).
Elementary will be on Ten.
Not a single show I watch or would want to watch in that schedule.
I’ll admit the new show I’m most interested in on CBS is the Sherlock Holmes take i.e. Elementary. I’ll admit if Nine got it. If they’d want me to watch it – it would be a better pair with Person of Interest on Wednesday. Because they’d get me to watch them prime time. For both shows assuming they didn’t stuff up Sherlock Holmes (in the show ) .
Assuming they had a 13 week clash presumably with PoI and Fringe if it’s at 9.30pm. Then just repeat those PoI episodes late Friday night and I’m happy. Just a thought where there might be some reliable (or as reliable as Channel 9 gets ) stuff on Wednesday that I might love to watch. Probably impossible and of course Nine might not get Elementary.
Incredible how the US networks can tell you the schedule months in advance but the Australian networks don’t know what they’re screening tomorrow.
