Paul Michael Glaser pleads not guilty to drug charge

Actor Paul Michael Glaser, best known as Starsky in the 1970s cop series Starksy and Hutch, has pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana and a pipe.

Media reports claim an officer found a pipe and burnt marijuana residue in his hotel room on May 10th. According to a police citation, the 69 year old told authorities the substance was medical marijuana that was legally prescribed to him in California.

The charge followed an anonymous complaint of “a person named ‘Paul Glaser’ smoking marijuana near the elevators.”
