Don’t touch that dial.
The Chaser team was just joshing with their EPG synopsis last night for The Hamster Wheel:
“Craig Reucassel hosts an entertaining new game show where contestants have to separate facts from fiction.”
Yep, that would be The Unbelievable Truth which airs tonight on Seven, with Reucassel, Julian Morrow and Andrew Hansen.
Cheeky buggers….

It’s funny how people like D@GP willl never own up to the “comedy” shows they watch. #justsayin
Shaun Micallef did the same thing for ‘Mad as Hell’. Always got a laugh out of the random things he wrote for their synopsis.
They do a different irreverant synopsis each week. Next ones indicates the role of the hampster will be played by Rob Carlton for the first 10 minutes and then lachy hulme for the remainder. An obvious reference to the fact that the actor who played Darren Stevens in Bewitched changed over the life of the show.
LOL. Not sure it’s a reference to Bewitched so much as Paper Giants / Howzat!
Early Chasers (CNNNNNNN) are being screened by 7-Mate.
Recorded out of curiosity, Discovered it’s very dated, just like the Hamster Wheel this year.
The boys really need to reinvent themselves, a view I think is reflected by the poor ratings…
I noticed that on their page on the ABC website a few days ago. abc.net.au/tv/hamsterwheel/
