ABC1 will replay an episode of its Elders series tomorrow night, in which Andrew Denton spoke with Dame Elisabeth Murdoch.

Andrew speaks with Dame Elisabeth Murdoch, a committed philanthropist and mother of Australia’s best known media mogul who has spent decades supporting countless organisations- often to little public acclaim.

It airs at 8pm Friday on ABC1 meaning Moone Boy is out for the week.

  1. A true lady. A gem. That she did so much that affected so many, and in most cases without any publicity, is remarkable. That God let her continue to do her work, then took her peacefully at 103, is also quite remarkable.

    And yes…i would be happy to re watch all of Denton’s interviews…not just Elders…he is very good at getting folk to talk easily.

  3. sad to hear that Dame Murdoch had passed away. But am glad that this repeat of Elders is playing. Murdoch was a lovely lately.

    It’s not often that i want networks to play repeats (encores), but i just wish that Enough Rope / Elders would be played on screen at a more frequent rate. I miss this series
