Renewed: The Americans

US drama The Americans was recently renewed by FX, which is good news for TEN (and let’s face it, they need some).

The critically-acclaimed drama is set in 1981 just after Ronald Reagan is elected president, and stars Keri Russell, Matthew Rhys and Noah Emmerich. Created and Executive Produced by Joe Weisberg (Falling Skies), the series revolves around the complex marriage of two KGB spies posing as Americans in suburban Washington D.C.

It was renewed after just 4 episodes in the US.

The series will air this year on TEN.
