Season ten of Canadian teen drama Degrassi: The Next Generation begins on ABC3 this Sunday as new friendships are formed, old relationships are tested and rivalry among students reaches new levels.
It kicks off with a double episode.
These aired in the US in 2010.
“What A Girl Wants, Part One”
Fiona returns from the Hamptons smiling and arm-in-arm with Bobby, her first real boyfriend. He’s cute and from a well-connected family; they seem to be the perfect match. But when Bobby becomes abusive, Fiona blames herself.
When Sav decides to run against Holly J for class president, Holly J will go to any length to hold onto her power at Degrassi – including coming up with a crazy scheme to use Anya and Sav’s relationship to her political advantage.
Sunday, April 21 at 7.20pm ABC3.

No ABC did not skip any seasons. What happened was when ABC 3 came along they started airing it from Season 1 up to Season 8 and then there was a month or so break and then Season 9 and then nothing till now.
I think pay tv must have rights hence why ABC has to wait so long to show it ?
This is fantastic news!
Haven’t ABC3 skipped several seasons though? Pretty sure they only screened up to about season 4 or 5?
I hope this means they’ll catch up to Canadian’US pace so I don’t have to watch it by less than legal means.
